![]() Originally all licensing for Theatresports™, Gorilla Theatre™, Micetro Impro© and The Life Game© were licensed by Loose Moose Theatre Company. In the beginning of 1998 Loose Moose began an entirely new adventure, they moved to their new home in the Gary Theatre. It was at that point that it became evident that the Moose should be able to concentrate on what they originally began, running a theatre, and that the International Theatresports Institute should be created to takeover licensing. May 23, 1998 was the official beginning of The International Theatresports Institute. It was on that day that the Government of Alberta recognized us as an official non-profit organization. The Institute began it's work on July 31, 1998 when Loose Moose Theatre handed over the international licensing of TheatresportsTM, Gorilla Theatre, Micetro Impro©, and the Life Game©, all formats that were created by Keith Johnstone. |
